The Pan African Empowerment (PAE) Rwanda is an established non-governmental organization whose mission is to care for the well-being of several groups of vulnerable people within the country. PAE Rwanda aims to improve Rwandans’ quality of life while encouraging them to be self-reliant.
Pan African Empowerment, also called “The PAE”, is heightened to discuss and engage in the awareness of issues affecting Africa. It is initiated within the Washington Metropolitan area where the growing African and Caribbean Diaspora community is exploding; the PAE seeks to foster a better understanding among African-Americans, Africa, and the Diaspora in order to initiate a positive outcome and change.
The organization aims to build bridges of understanding and forge diverse partnerships to promote development in Africa and the Pan-African Diaspora to foster economic empowerment and social development.
