Pan African Empowerment Rwanda (PAE RWANDA), in partnership with Nyarugenge District and with support from Pan African Collective (USA), conducted a support activity on September 30, 2026, at CEAP's ECD Center in Rwampara cell, Nyarugenge sector, to strengthen school feeding and promote early learning.

The initiative provided children with food, milk, learning materials, hygiene items, and cooking supplies. Additionally, 20 teen mothers received school supplies. Additionally, 20 teen mothers received school supplies and hygiene materials to support their education, well-being, and future opportunities.
