On March 6, 2026, Pan African Empowerment (PAE) Rwanda organized a support activity at CEAP's ECD Center in Nyarugenge Sector as part of its ongoing "Fighting Stunting and Malnutrition" initiative. The activity aimed to enhance the welfare, nutrition, and learning environment of children attending the center.

With the support of Pan African Collective (PAC USA) and in collaboration with local leaders, caregivers, and community members, PAE Rwanda provided learning materials, hygiene items, cooking materials, as well as food and milk for children. These contributions are intended to Strengthen Early Childhood Development (ECD) services and promote a healthy, safe, and supportive environment for children and development.
